1934 Administrative Reorganization Act, Section 4618-5 (section superseded)

SECTION 4618-5. Secretary of State.

The head of the Department of State shall be the Secretary of State, who shall exercise all the powers, duties and functions, as now vested in his office by the Constitution and laws of the State with such modifications and additions as may be provided by law.
