In a February 11, 2005, press release, Secretary of State Trey Grayson announced annual report forms can be obtained online on the Secretary's website. All Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC's), and Professional Services Corporations (PSC's) that are registered in Kentucky are required to file an annual report by June 30 each year. Failure to do so results in the company being listed in bad-standing with the state. This new online service allows citizens to print annual reports as early as the first state business day of the calendar year as opposed to waiting to receive a mailed copy. Secretary Grayson also encouraged businesses to utilize a previously-launched internet service by filing their annual reports online.
