Use this application to verify that an apostille or authentication from the Kentucky Secretary of state is genuine. To use the application enter the first twelve numbers from the apostille number (on line 8 of the Apostille) in the text boxes below and click Validate. The image below shows which set of numbers to use.
If the numbers are correct, a list of Apostilles is returned. If your full Apostille number appears in the list, it was generated by the Kentucky Secretary of State.
