I also rotated the annexation slightly to match up even better with the fence line to the south. The southern half looks pretty good, but the northern half doesn’t match up. POB was off a little according to the DOQQs. PARCEL2_1 - I had to split annexation because it follows road but doesn’t have calls for that part. PARCEL2_2 - I had to split annexation because it follows road but doesn’t have calls for that part. PARCEL_3 - I believe it’s already incorporated into the corp_bnd given by KIA. PARCEL3TRCTA1 - POB was difficult to determine based on property lines. Difficult to determine where this deed fits in the annexation. Already incorporated into the corp_bnd given by KIA. PARCEL3TRCTA3 - Again, POB was difficult to find based on the description and DOQQs. Like the previous deed, this one was difficult to determine where this deed fits into the puzzle.
